Stanchion Assembly

ASSEMBLY

Required tools, Phillips head screw driver (Size #2) and an adjustable crescent wrench:

• Insert Head cassette into the post tube as shown and tighten 4 bottom assembly screws (Do not remove these screws from the head cassette prior to assembly, slightly loosen them before inserting head cassette into the tube).
• Snap Wedge - item 10 into Wedge Base - item 9 and insert assembly into the bottom of the post tube.

ASSEMBLY

Required tools, Phillips head screw driver (Size #2) and an adjustable crescent wrench:

• Assemble the Wedge - item 5 into the Wedge Base - item 4 and insert into the tube ends. Use the Wedge assembly screws to engage the Wedge into the Wedge Base.
• Align the Base Cover with the Base and assemble the washer, lock washer and bolt into the Wedge Base assembly mounted inside the base of the tube through the Base Cover and Base.

ASSEMBLY

Required tools, Phillips head screw driver (Size #2), Power Drill and ¼" Drill bit

• Place wall mount unit - item 1 using the mounting plate as your mounting/drill template then simply mark the hole locations with a pencil.
• Drill the 4 holes as marked using a ¼" Drill Bit.

ASSEMBLY

Required tools, Phillips head screw driver (Size #2), Power Drill and ¼" Drill bit

• Align sign frame threaded standoff with the hole on the top of the stanchion head mount.
• Assemble screw and washer through the stanchion head mount into the threaded stand off.
• Tighten firmly but do not over tighten.

ASSEMBLY

Medium Duty Assembly instructions

Step 1. Make sure you have all your parts. Each stanchion has: 1 base, 1 slotted pole, 1 c-hook (2 pieces) and 1 ball top

Step 2. We recommend filling the base with sand or gravel for additional stablity. After filling, place the pole on the base. Firmly press down on the top of the pole gently twisting until the pole locks into the tab on the side of the base.
