Why there is no pricing information on VIP Crowd Control’s website?
- VIP Crowd Control has created an ecommerce site under www.vipcrowdcontrolshop.com We have listed all of products there with a range of selections from single item to package deals.
How to place an order?
- We will be able to take your order in couple different ways:
- 1. By online: We have all the listings available for immediate purchase with a click away and confirmation will be emailed once the order is placed.
  2. By phone: Please call our friendly customer service at 888-521-0328 and we will be able to take your order over the phone and you can be reassurance that we keep all your information confidential. At the same time, you will be expecting an order confirmation from us once the shipment takes place at your choice of delivery method.
  3. By fax: If you prefer to fax us your PO, please fax it to 909-267-7137 and an order confirmation will be faxed once the shipment takes place.
  4. By email: We will be able to accept your PO via email at sales@vipcrowdcontrol.com and an order confirmation will be sent once the shipment takes place.
Do you accept local pickup?
- We welcome local pickup. In fact we do encourage you to pick up from our warehouse directly to save money and time. Please contact us prior to your arrival as we need time to prepare your orders.

What are the shipping term and method?
- Our price term is shipping included via UPS ground service for majority of our merchandises. All addresses will need to be a physical address as UPS won't be able deliver to PO Box. The transit time is range from 2-5 business days depend on the destination. Expedited Service or Guarantee Service can be provided with additional cost. Please contact customer service team at 888-521-0328 for further information. Majority of the items will be shipped out from our warehouse in California. We will also be able to use customer’s freight selections at no additional charges. Depends on the order quantities, VIP will also make suitable arrangement with fregith carrier to move the merchandises in the most efficient ways and the transit time might take between 2-7 business days depend on the destination.
What type of payment do you accept?
- All major credit cards, cash, business check, cashier check, money order or Paypal.
How quick can you ship out the order?
- In most cases, we turn around our stock inventories on the same day pending payment settlement if the order is placed and paid before 2 pm PST. When the overall order quantities are more 150 lbs, we might elect to ship via freight carrier on pallet load, which typically will take another 24 hours for the freight carrier to take place. What is your stanchion made out of?
- Retractable Stanchion: Metal with Powder Coating in Black finish, Stainless Steel in Mirror, Satin and Gold finish. All base weights are made of concrete for our retractable and rope stanchions.

How many stanchions do I need to cover my venue?

There are many different setup options, such as Linear, L-shape, Enclose and Wall setup. VIP would like to help you maximum your budget with the least amount of stanchions to purchase. Due to the different belt length for the retractable stanchions and different rope length for the rope stanchions, each setup or situation will vary. Can I buy in odd number of stanchions?
- All stanchions are factory pre-packaged in even quantity per box. Metal stanchions come in 2 pcs pack. Plastic stanchions are pre-packed in 4 pcs increment. VIP Crowd Control will do our best to accommodate your stanchion need.
Do you offer rental?
- At this point, VIP Crowd Control does not offer rental services. Our price is reasonable enough to purchase instead of renting. Please call 888-521-1366 to get a quick competitive quote.
