Medium Duty Assembly instructions
Step 1. Make sure you have all your parts.
Each stanchion has: 1 base, 1 slotted pole, 1
c-hook (2 pieces) and 1 ball top
Step 2. We recommend filling the base with
sand or gravel for additional stablity. After
filling, place the pole on the base. Firmly press
down on the top of the pole gently twisting
until the pole locks into the tab on the side of
the base.
Step 3. The c-hook fits into the slotted area on
the pole. The c-hook can also be used as an
o-ring by flipping one side. When using as an
o-ring, place the chain link between the two
pices before snapping them together.
Push the
c-hook or o-ring all the way down and make
sure the hooks are facing up. If you do not
wish to use a wish to use a c-hook, punch out the scored slot
on the pole and insert the chain in the opening.
Step 4. Fit the ball top inside the pole and
firmly press down. The 2.5" Stanchion is now
completely assembled.
